Weight loss camp Midlands.  Not my normal post but this is a quick plug for Janet Thomson who is a client of The Ideal Marketing Company.  I started working with Janet back in November 2009 and she sent me over a copy of her book ‘Weight Loss in Mind’ to get a betteridea ofwhat she does. Within 4 weeks I had lost 9lbs and have now lost just over 1 stone in weight – and bear in mind that period included Christmas!  Janet runs seminars and events of weight loss including a weekend weight loss retreat.
