In downturns what is it that customers are looking for?
It’s BETTER VALUE. Not always the cheapest price but better value for the hard earned money that they are handing over. That might still be an expensive car, but if it is they want more extras than before and some gratitude from the person you bought it from. What can you give away that offers added value to your customers but won’t cost you a fortune? Focus on ways to give your customers better value and they will stay loyal and keep coming back.
